To manage the property details for your website, first visit the "Property Details" link in the top bar of your My.Travito account.
You will be presented with a page from which you can modify the basic details of your property, name, tagline, brief description along with how many bedrooms and people it sleeps and finaly the number of bathrooms your property has. Once you have filled all the necessary information in, press "Save" at the bottom of the page to save all your changes
If you need change the location of your property or any of the local points of interest, select the "Location" link from the sub-menu while under the "Property Details" section. From here you can enter the property address and fine tune the location by moving the red pin.
You can then add or remove any local points of interest either by choosing some of the pre-selected ones or enter your own. Once you have made all the changes, press the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
Please note, the address you enter will not actually be displayed to your website visitors, this is only used to calculate a rough location to show on the map and also to show nearby points of interest.
If you need to update the amenities your property offers, select the "Amenities & Features" link from the sub-menu. This will present you with a categorized list of items with checkboxes. This allows you to easily pick from our pre-defined list of amenities, which ones your property has to offer. If there are any we have missed, simply and any of your own at the bottom of the screen.
Once you have checked all the relevant features, hit the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
If you need to update the gallery of property photos, you can do so by selecting the "Photos" option from the sub-menu. From here you can use our easy-to-use photo manager to select and upload the main photograph of your property along with all the additional photographs.
We use the main photograph in instances where a single photo is used to show or highlight your property such as, on the homepage of your website. The rest of the photos are then shown in a gallery format within the photo gallery on your website to give the user a glimpse into your property.
Once you have uploaded and selected all the photos you require, simply click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
While you cannot currently take bookings via your Travito website you can still set your pricing. If you need to change or update your pricing or add new rate charge periods, you can do so via the "Rental Pricing" option with the sub-menu.
From here you can select what currency you wish to display your prices in along with your standard rate and the minimum stay you require when booking. Once you have filled these in, press the "Save" button in the middle of the page.
If you have on/off peak season pricing, you can set up "Rate Periods" where you can define a start and end date along with the nightly price you wish to charge during that period. Once you've filled in the dates and price, click the "Add Rate" button to save the rate period.
All currently saved rate periods are display at the bottom of the page, if you need to remove any incorrect or old periods, simply press the corresponding "Remove" link to remove that rate period.
