Starting with a list of all your latest enquiries, the Travito administraion panel gives you the ability to filter them based on the status before diving in to the simple to use management screen for individual items. From here you can see all the information laid out intuitively, delete the enquiry or even convert it into a booking with 2 clicks!
Recent enquiries will labelled as "New" so you can easily spot them. The Travito administration panel also provides other statuses for you to mark your enquiry as "Replied" or as "Spam".
To make your life easier, within the travito enquiry manager you can convert an enquiry to a booking with 2 clicks. Simply click to convert and Travito will automatically prefill the data based on their original enquiry.
We're working to include branded email replies, direct from your Travito administration panel. This will not only make it quicker to reply to potential customers, but will also help to improve your property branding.
Once you've managed to convert an enquiry into a booking you can use our intuitive booking manager and calendar to manage the booking and all the necessary information regarding it.
